My Identity

I have to recognize who I am everyday.  I am not my own possession and don't represent only me.  But I am part of a community.  A community that can not be separated.  Its bound together in Love.  This community also doesn't represent itself.  This community is not just in my town, a building or a country.  This community can not bee fully seen with the naked eye.  You may capture a glimpse in things seen in the physical but in spirit it's as bright as the noonday sun.  I am hidden in community and dead to self.  Though Im not dead physically I am dead to a world I once knew.  My spirit couldn't be more alive and thriving.  I am a believer, a follower, an imitator of this community.  Many can not grasp this community, many do not want to and many never will.  I boast in this community and speak only of It.  This communities wall can not be breached.  They can not be scaled.  This community is the Strong Tower and can not be shaken.  It does not fight its battles in fields, on the seas or in the sky.  It fights in the hearts and minds of men and spirits.  This community is the only worth dying for, worth living for.  This community I hold so dear is the only that  will stand and forever be united.  This community was not founded on men or for men but for the community itself.  For this community I am a citizen and an ambassador.  This community does not have laws on stones or paper, but is written on the hearts of men.  As much as people would like me not to speak of this community, my lips will never cease to proclaim It.  I know one day when they shatter my heart they will only find this passion, this love of The Community.
